You’ll be joining our Stockport Head office, home to 18 showrooms, our Conference Centre, staff Wellness Hub, a truly state-of-the-art gym - fully loaded with Peloton, Padel and Pilates! & every piece of gym equipment you can imagine. An indoor astroturf pitch, chat boxes & creative corners creative spaces. Our Stockport team consists of over 350 adidas employees, working across, Brand, Sports Marketing, Marketing Activations, Visual Merchandising, Sales, Account Operations, Finance, HR & many more.
What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a GTM Merchandising Manager that drives seasonal product strategy and execution across our pinnacle wholesale account, with strong focus, you’ll lead and collaborate with a wider network across Europe and Global stakeholders, ensuring our product assortments deliver both commercial impact and brand relevance.
This is a high-profile role where strategic thinking meets hands on delivery. You’ll act as the link between global product teams, sales, and local market needs, bringing the adidas brand to life through compelling product storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team: collaborate within a high performing team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of ownership and growth.
* Go to Market Strategy: Own the seasonal GTM process for your category from planning through to launch, aligning product assortments with account priorities and brand objectives.
* Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, market and global teams to shape and deliver product strategies that resonate with consumers.
* Consumer Insight Integration: Use market and consumer data to inform product decisions, ensuring assortments are locally relevant and commercially strong.
* Assortment Planning: Define and manage seasonal product rollouts, including SMU briefing, forecasting, strategies.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor sell through and product performance across fascias, using insights to refine future strategies and drive growth
