Salary: £35,000 + discretionary year-end bonus

Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Office Manager to take ownership of core admin, compliance, and operational processes. This is a hands-on role with scope to shape internal systems, manage high-volume correspondence, and support strategic operations.

Key Responsibilities

*

Manage day-to-day office administration, including meeting coordination and information gathering.

*

Oversee a monthly office budget .ensuring spend is tracked and optimised

*

Implement and refine internal processes and strategies

*

Handle all outbound and inbound correspondence and compliance documentation

*

Maintain organised filing systems—both paper and digital—for all records and legal documents

*

Ensure all documentation meets compliance standards

*

Add incoming enquiries to CRM and ensure all relevant parties are copied in

*

Support potential onboarding of new clients and related documentation

*

Contribute to planning and execution of marketing campaigns
