About the RoleSustaining and improving equipment reliability and efficiency, you’ll help create innovative maintenance systems, supporting the development of performance measures and yearly maintenance plans. Shift pattern: 8am to 4:30pm (30 min break) This role includes call-outs (1 in 5 weeks), entitling you to an additional bonus of £250 + mileage paid. What you'll get involved in: PPM maintenance programs Commissioning new projects Utilising planning tools and CMMS systems to organise weekly tasks and improvement projects. Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of all maintenance activities. As our Engineering Technician (Electrically biased), you will play an integral role in troubleshooting equipment issues, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing long-term solutions to prevent recurrence. From managing spare parts and purchasing systems, to conducting criticality and obsolescence assessments, your attention to detail will help streamline operations and support continuous improvement (CI).
