Purpose of the role
Support the organisation in achieving strategic objectives by identifying business requirements and developing solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
Accountabilities
* Analyzing business problems and client requirements requiring change.
* Developing business requirements to address these problems.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
* Supporting the creation of business cases and feasibility studies.
* Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.
* Designing operational and process workflows for proposed solutions.
* Supporting change management activities and ensuring solutions are embedded successfully.
