Hours: 18 (6 month fixed term)
Ensuring that the home is clean, pleasant and safe for customers in either their own rooms or communal areas. Ensuring that cleaning products are used effectively, with instructions and health and safety procedures followed at all times.
Required knowledge and experience:
1. Customer Service NVQ Level 2 would be advantageous.
2. Previous cleaning experience and knowledge is desirable.
3. Safe use of cleaning products.
4. Knowledge of cleaning procedures, including the use of equipment such as carpet cleaners.
5. Understanding of data protection, confidentiality and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
6. Health and safety in the workplace, including Control of Substances Harmful to Health COSHH.
Required skills:
7. Well organised with good time management skills.
8. Strong interpersonal and empathy skills with a friendly personality.
9. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Ability to prioritise and plan around customer needs.
