The opportunity to work with an extremely supportive, welcoming and high performing team, who will be there to guide and mentor you, to ensure that you make a success of the role.

Mercer Marsh Benefits have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant. The role is focused on new business development within SME organisations. You will work mainly virtually via Zoom or Teams with some phone work but this is not a cold-calling role with the majority of leads provided. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week working in our Bristol office.


Responsibilities

* Once fully trained, compliant and competent, you will manage multiple new business projects, across multiple lines of business
* Using your excellent communication skills, you will be able to lead client meetings asking open & closed questions to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions to cater for their needs


What makes you stand out

* Experience sales experience in a corporate environment


Qualifications

* Good levels of education including Grade C/4 or 5 pts GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Strong IT skills, preferably in Microsoft programs including Excel, Office and Word.
* Strong relationship building skills and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Willingness to develop and progress
