Job Title: Regional Health & Safety Advisor / Manager
Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car or Car Allowance + Package
The Role
A well-established regional construction business is seeking an experienced Health & Safety professional to oversee safety across multiple live sites in the Midlands.
This position will act as the lead safety role for the region. The business is flexible on title depending on experience, but the expectation is clear – you will take ownership of standards and operate with a high level of autonomy.
You will work closely with operational leadership and play a key role in maintaining and improving overall site safety performance.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular site inspections and audits

Provide clear, pragmatic advice to operational teams

Ensure compliance with CDM and relevant legislation
*
Support incident investigations and reporting
*
Drive improvements in safety culture
*
Produce reports and communicate findings to senior leadership
About You
*
Proven Health & Safety experience within construction
*
NEBOSH qualified
*
Strong working knowledge of CDM
*
Confident influencing site teams and senior stakeholders
*
Comfortable operating independently across a regional patch
This role would suit a strong Advisor stepping into a broader regional remit or an established Manager seeking a well-paid regional position with real ownership.
