We are seeking a committed and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our Primary Specialist Resource Provision (SRP). This vital role involves working closely with a dedicated team to deliver a personalised, child-centred curriculum that supports individual learning needs. The provision primarily supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and will involve working one-to-one or in small groups. Candidates must demonstrate empathy, resilience, and a trauma-informed approach, as pupils may present with complex behaviours.
