Job Title: Contracts Manager
Location: Flexible - Home, Office & Site (Projects across the South of the UK)
Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package & Bonus Scheme
The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Contracts Manager to join a dynamic team overseeing multiple high-value traditional build projects across the South of the UK. This is a hands‑on role, offering a mix of site, office, and home‑based working, managing up to three projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee contracts across multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
* Monitor contract compliance, risk management, and financial performance.
* Support project teams with commercial and contractual guidance.
* Travel between sites as required to maintain oversight of ongoing projects.
