Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Wrexham. This role offers long-term opportunities, with potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
* Move stock and materials around the site.
* Load and unload materials into production machinery.
* Quality check and record finished products.
* Operate machinery and use hand tools (full training provided).
* General production and housekeeping duties.
Candidate Requirements
* Willingness to work rotating weekly shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm).
* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
* Reliable and proactive approach to work.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
