As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, youll: Build and grow your own permanent sales desk from the ground up Manage the full recruitment cycle from business development and client engagement to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships Source and place high-performing BDMs and Sales Leaders Negotiate offers and ensure smooth placements Track performance, billings, and results with full ownership and autonomy Collaborate closely with our operations team on contracts, invoicing, and compliance This is a fully office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a face-to-face, entrepreneurial environment.
