Reporting into the Sales Director you will be part of the BoxNine7 Sales Team working closely with Design & Operational functions and in turn you will: Responsibilities but not limited to: Generate quotations from floor plans Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations (e.g. window dressings) Maintain and update internal systems to ensure information is current and accurate Work closely with the logistics and project delivery teams to coordinate installation schedules Collaborate with the design team to ensure client design specifications are met Arrange access for revisits and installations Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as required Support project sign-off with clients, including on-site where required Attend client meetings when necessary Carry out site visits following job confirmation Manage and administer the sales process in Dynamics 365, ensuring all required steps are completed correctly and information is recorded accurately in line with internal processes Liaise with the finance team to ensure project invoices are paid prior to installation Actively support the sales team with business development initiatives, including new lead generation and hitlist activity Assist the sales team with new client and agent presentations Develop and manage your own pipeline of business up to an agreed value Increase support and active engagement in the brand’s 1–3–5 business plan Skills and Requirements : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Demonstrates professionalism and a positive, collaborative approach Benefits: 20 days’ holiday (plus Bank Holidays and Christmas closure), increasing to 25 days with length of service Bupa Cashplan (once probation passed) Perkbox (once probation passed) Free tea, coffee and fruit in the office Monday morning team breakfast £10 Friday lunch allowance when working in the studio Cycle to Work Scheme and Nursery Scheme Private Bupa Healthcare (after 2 years' service) Monthly team fun budgets Plus much more please visit our website for full perks! - https://www.agofc.com/careers As a Certified B-Corp company, AGC are committed to reaching high social and environmental performance.
