We are working with a well-established, award-winning law firm based in Sheffield, currently seeking a Client Services Administrator to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team.

The Role
This is a key administrative position supporting the conveyancing department, with a focus on ensuring a smooth start to the client journey. You’ll be responsible for setting up new client matters, managing information accurately, and liaising with internal teams and external contacts to ensure the process runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately open and set up new client matters using case management systems.
* Maintain service levels and adhere to departmental SLAs.
* Prepare and present clear data or updates for team leads and management.
* Manage digital files, diary tasks, and workflow systems.
* Contribute to team performance targets and overall client satisfaction.
* Communicate effectively with clients and third parties, always upholding the firm’s high standards of service.
