Would you like to work in some of the most stunning landscapes in Scotland? Then this is the post for you!
We are looking for someone to join the East Lochaber Community nursing team for a fixed-term contract, either with previous community nursing experience or as a newly qualified nurse. There will also be opportunities to work across other community nursing teams in Lochaber. The post is for 37 hours per week, including weekends and on-call duties for palliative care as required.
Post-registration experience is desirable. You should have a sound knowledge of clinical skills relevant to community nursing. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are fundamental to the role, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. An on-call commitment for palliative care is required.
A current driving licence is essential, as you will be expected to drive across Lochaber to meet operational needs. Access to a pool car is available, but the use of your own car for work purposes is an essential requirement.
