What you will do
* Develop new formulas in line with industry innovation
* Research and keep up to date with new raw materials that can help to develop future formulations, with a continuous improvement mindset
* Be responsible for testing and evaluation of new products and considering the ever changing regulatory landscape
* Be responsible for the stability studies of your portfolio of formulations
What you will need
* BSc or higher in Chemistry or very closely related subject area
* At least 1 year (industrial placement or post graduate in industry) of experience in a formulation laboratory environment OR PhD heavily involved within aqeuous formulations / emulsions.
* Hands on working knowledge of formulating emulsions or aqueous-liquid products
* At least 1 year formulating personal care, homecare or aqueous based paint or ink products
