Pay Rate: £150 – £230 per day (depending on experience)

GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Inclusion Teacher to join a forward-thinking school in Nottingham. Role Responsibilities of an Inclusion Teacher:
* Plan and deliver tailored lessons and interventions that meet diverse learning needs across the school.
* Support pupils with SEND, SEMH needs, EAL requirements, or barriers to learning, ensuring inclusive access to the curriculum.
* Work closely with classroom teachers to differentiate materials and model inclusive practice.
* Track progress, provide targeted support, and maintain detailed learning plans.
* Collaborate with SENCOs, pastoral teams, and external agencies to promote student well-being and academic success.
What You’ll Bring as an Inclusion Teacher:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience supporting pupils with additional needs in a school setting.
* Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies, differentiation, and behaviour support.
* Excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
* Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
