A bit about the job: You'll join our Multinational Collections Team, managing premium collections for international insurance policies. Your focus will be on reducing overdue debt and ensuring smooth financial flows between Aviva, brokers, and global network partners. You'll work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries and reconcile payments. This role is key to maintaining strong relationships and supporting business growth. Skills and experience we're looking for: Credit control experience as part of a larger organization, ideally Financial Services or Insurance. Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work on your own and enjoys investigating and seeing things through to the end.
