Your new role
1. Deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach in your subject specialism including –
Maths, Science, English, Geography, PE as well as Religious studies and more.
2. Step into diverse classrooms across the Blackpool area.
3. Adapt quickly to different school cultures and follow lesson plans when provided.
4. Inspire students to achieve their best, even in short-term placements.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications, PGCE OR QTLS.
6. Experience in classroom management and be able to build a rapport.
7. Flexible, reliable, and proactive in supporting schools at short notice.
8. Open to working across different subject areas and school settings.
9. The right to work in the UK with an enhanced DBS check, or willingness to obtain one.
