Part-time PT Client Service Representative
PetVet Care Centers' West Chester Veterinary Medical Center is currently seeking a PT Client Service Representative to join their team.

Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative / Receptionist supports the hospital by performing a range of administrative and customer‑service tasks, providing valuable support to the organization and ensuring a positive experience for every client.
Key Responsibilities
* Provides excellent customer service in‑person, over the phone, and during high‑stress situations.
* Manages lobby flow, addresses concerns, calms distressed owners, and schedules appointments.
* Handles basic medical emergencies for pets and owners, ensuring safety and well‑being.
* Assists with medication pickups, inquiries, and provides information about services and products.
* Inputs and manages data in practice‑management software, including billing and accounts.
* Assists with retail sales, weighing pets, processing faxes, and maintaining records.
* Reconciles cash drawer and performs end‑of‑day duties for accurate financial transactions.
Qualifications (Required)
* High school diploma or GED (equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience may be considered).
* Knowledge of clerical procedures such as alphabetizing files and records.
* Ability to provide great customer service in a courteous, prompt, and efficient manner.
* Ability to perform cashier duties accurately.
* Ability to multitask and pay close attention to details.
* Must be flexible with scheduling and able to work some weekends and holidays.
* Depending on functional area, tasks may involve extended periods of time at a keyboard or workstation, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
* Some tasks involve the periodic performance of moderately physically demanding work, usually involving lifting or carrying moderately heavy animals (up to 50 pounds).
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
* 2 years veterinary medicine experience.
* Familiarity with cornerstone software.
Schedule
* 10 AM–3 PM Monday through Friday.
* Some availability is sufficient, but Wednesdays and Fridays are needed.
