About the role
As Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for the education and social development of babies and young children up to the age of five. You will lead a team of practitioners, ensuring high standards of care, learning, and hygiene are maintained in line with the EYFS framework. Your role will involve planning and delivering balanced learning activities, supporting children's individual needs, and maintaining strong communication with parents and professionals. You'll be a key part of the Nursery's leadership team, setting an example through professionalism and a proactive approach to problem-solving and safeguarding.

Who we are looking for:
You are a passionate early years professional with:
* NVQ Level 3 qualification, CCLD, NNEB, CACHE or equivalent
* Experience of implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage
* Demonstratable ability to lead a team of staff in their room
* Strong knowledge and understanding of EYFS, SEN code of practice, OFSTED national standards and all relevant policies
* A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection
* Strong ICT, numeracy and literacy skills
