Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, and mobility.
* Build positive relationships with residents and provide emotional support.
* Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for residents.
* Support residents in social and recreational activities.
* Document care provided and report any changes in residents' health or well-being.
* Work as part of a team, collaborating with fellow staff and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a care role is mandatory.
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred.
* Good communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
* Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A caring and patient nature with a focus on dignity and respect for residents.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.82-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
