Part of a vibrant and fun team, this is one of our most important roles, working with the Merchandiser on driving sales and profit through inventory management, availability planning, and ensuring promotional activity is executed successfully.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in our London, Victoria head office, and 2 days from home
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Merchandiser in delivering the category strategy, providing analysis including lessons learned, range, and promotional opportunities.
2. Manage linecards and intake: forecast and identify where additional buys are needed, ensuring stock arrives on time.
3. Support the Merchandiser to actively trade the category, maximize sales and profit, and achieve optimal availability throughout the season, making space for new season arrivals.
4. Check and ensure the right stock is shipped from suppliers on time.
5. Support and develop the MAA, sharing best practices across the buying and merchandising community.
Candidate Profile
* Previous experience as an Assistant Merchandiser or Senior MAA.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Effective communicator.
* Proficient in Excel.
* Excellent work ethic and initiative.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* High accuracy in work.
