You lead your team with passion, inspire excellence every day and ensure every visitor leaves with a memorable taste of Neuhaus. You combine leadership with hands‑on energy: guiding your team, elevating the boutique standards and stepping in whenever needed to deliver exceptional service and achieve our commercial goals.
* Drive the commercial performance of the boutique, actively identifying opportunities and actions to boost sales and customer engagement
* Lead, coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and premium customer experiences every day
* Ensure excellent stock and inventory management, placing purchase orders on time so our boutique is always perfectly stocked
* Maintain the boutique as our ultimate business card, ensuring products are presented with precision and according to Neuhaus’ luxury standards
* Plan and manage team schedules efficiently, ensuring optimal staffing levels aligned with sales activity and holidays
* Create a positive, high‑energy team environment where colleagues feel empowered to grow and perform at their best
TO BE
* Proven experience in a leadership role in luxury retail or premium hospitality
* You have the mind‑set and spirit of an entrepreneur. You are focused on getting results and keeping costs under control. Hands‑on management style with strong organizational skills
* Ability to inspire a team and foster a collaborative environment
* A genuine passion for fine food, gifting, and customer experience
* You are flexible and available during boutique opening hours (7 days a week, typically 10:00–18:00 Monday–Saturday and 11:00–17:00 on Sundays)
