The successful Electrician will be responsible for completing electrical inspections, testing and reporting within occupied and void domestic properties, ensuring all installations remain compliant and safe.

Responsibilities of the Electrician:
* Carry out EICR testing within social housing properties
* Complete detailed inspection and testing reports in line with current regulations
* Identify electrical faults and recommend remedial works where required
* Ensure all certification and documentation is completed accurately
* Work safely within occupied and void domestic properties
* Maintain compliance with health and safety procedures at all times
* Liaise professionally with tenants and site teams
* Manage workloads effectively across multiple properties
Requirements for the Electrician:
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
* 18th Edition qualification
* 2391 Testing and Inspection qualification
* Previous experience carrying out domestic EICRs
* Social housing experience
* Strong understanding of current electrical regulations
* Full UK driving licence
