The Role As the M&E Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for overseeing multiple residential projects, ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover. Key Responsibilities: * Managing multiple live projects across London and the Home Counties * Overseeing M&E installations with a focus on mechanical systems * Coordination with clients, consultants, and site teams * Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are met * Procurement of subcontractors and materials * Regular progress meetings and reporting to senior management * Driving projects from inception through to final commissioning and handover Requirements * Proven experience as an M&E or Mechanical Contracts Manager within residential projects * Mechanically biased background (trade or engineering qualifications advantageous) * Strong technical understanding of M&E systems and coordination * Experience working with or for major residential developers * Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, and client-facing skills * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Package * Basic Salary: £100,000 (negotiable based on experience) * Benefits Package: Car/allowance, pension, bonus scheme, and 25 days holiday * Opportunities for progression into senior leadership roles as the company continues to grow This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to cement a long-term career with a growing and respected contractor in the M&E residential space
