Job Description - South Service & Maintenance Manager
Location: Sandbach, Cheshire / Enfield (travelling to London regularly, this could be weekly)

Salary: £33,000 per annum, with a 6-month probation period
Role Purpose
The South Service & Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance operations across the South region of the UK. Based at our Sandbach office, this role requires regular travel to London and other locations in the South to provide direct leadership, technical support, and guidance to the maintenance team. The role is key to ensuring service excellence, team performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee, manage, and support the South region maintenance team.
* Act as the primary point of contact for the South maintenance team, addressing operational issues, performance, and client concerns.
* Provide daily technical support to Technicians and assist with frontline training to maintain service standards.
* Ensure high-quality service delivery, efficiency, and adherence to company standards across all maintenance activities.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals.
* Oversee the use of Joblogic, our maintenance management software, ensuring all tasks, schedules, and reporting are accurately maintained.
* Collaborate with the North region and Head Office to drive consistency and best practices across the business.
* Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.
* Support business needs with flexibility in working patterns and availability for regular travel.
Requirements

* Have worked in a technician role for a minimum of 1 year.

* Be able to work unsupervised and perform well under pressure.
* Have (or be willing to develop) experience in managing within a service delivery environment.
* Be flexible with working patterns to support business needs.
* Strong IT skills required, must be comfortable working with technology and digital tools.
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
