What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the Early Years team to deliver fun, play-based learning and exploration
* Providing 1:1 and small-group support, encouraging language, social, and emotional development
* Assisting with daily routines – from creative play to snack time and outdoor adventures
* Promoting independence, kindness, and a love of learning in every child

About You
* Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential)
* Experience working with children aged 2–5 in a nursery or primary school setting
* A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners
* Team player with great communication skills and a genuine love for Early Years education
