£Chef Manager job summary
We are looking for a Chef Manager to join our team here at Skegby Junior Academy!
The working hours are 7am - 1pm Monday - Friday.
Hold an NVQ 3 or equivalent in catering, or a willingness to work towards it.
Hold a Food Hygiene certificate.
Have knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and Risk Assessments.
Have previous catering/cooking experience in education or volume catering.
Be familiar with ordering, budgets, invoice processing, and stock control.
Be familiar with using a Catering Software system.
