Key Responsibilities:
* Support the CEO or senior team with diary and inbox management
* Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
* Book travel and accommodation
* Assist with internal communications and basic document preparation
* Handle confidential information with professionalism
* Support with research, reporting, and ad hoc project work
* Help with general office management and day-to-day admin
About You:
* Recent graduate (any discipline) with strong academic performance
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Confident, proactive, and able to use initiative
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office and open to learning new tools
* Keen to develop professionally in a growing business
