This is a vital role supporting students with complex needs - including ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) and ADHD - where challenging behaviour is part of the daily landscape. We are looking for a calm, emotionally durable, and resilient individual who can meet daily challenges head-on with compassion, structure, and purpose. About the Role: Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs Working one-to-one or in small groups under the direction of class teachers and senior staff Providing consistent behaviour support and modelling emotional regulation strategies Helping to create a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment Ideal Candidate: Experience working in school settings is essential Experience with challenging behaviour, mental health, or special educational needs is highly desirable Emotionally resilient and confident in handling complex situations A great communicator who can build rapport and trust with students Requirements: Must have a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to purchase a new one Able to commit to a full-time, long-term role Proactive, adaptable, and committed to making a difference Pay: Between £90 and £120 per day, depending on experience and qualifications This is more than a job - it's a chance to change lives.
