Senior Service Controller Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate service, maintenance, and repairs for plant equipment
Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely completion of work
Monitor equipment availability and minimise downtime
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Handle incoming service queries and provide excellent customer support
Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standardsWhat We’re Looking For In The Senior Service Controller:
Previous experience in a service coordination, controller, or similar role (plant or construction industry preferred)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Good IT skills and experience with scheduling systems
