The Opportunity
We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Leeds. In this key role, you’ll drive growth by building strong employer partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to our strategic development. If you're passionate about adult education and have a knack for connecting with businesses, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing and nurturing employer relationships to generate new business opportunities
* Leading market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and emerging needs
* Creating and executing strategic growth plans aligned with our mission
* Collaborating with internal teams to align services with employer and learner needs
* Meeting and exceeding targets through innovative business development strategies
What You’ll Bring
* Proven experience in business development, employer engagement, or B2B sales
* A strong understanding of the education or training sector (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Confidence working independently and driving results
* Strong planning and time management capabilities
* A self-starter mindset with a passion for helping people achieve their potential
