5. Holds a clean UK driving licence.
6. Is proficient in the use of a smartphone.
7. Has basic IT skills (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are an advantage).
8. Has good communication skills.
9. Has strong administration skills.
10. Can provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
11. Can respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
12. Can install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
13. Can assist with the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure.
14. Can perform regular system updates and backups.
15. Can document and track support requests and resolutions.
16. Is willing to collaborate to improve processes and systems.
17. Can educate and train users on best practices and new technologies.
18. Is prepared to carry out any other duties appropriate to this post.
