Built Alliance are looking to recruit a Strategic Advisory & Programme Consultant to join a growing, specialist consultancy delivering high-impact strategic advisory and programme leadership services across education, healthcare and wider public-sector environments. This is a senior individual contributor role within the advisory team, suited to someone ready to operate at Senior Consultant or Associate level who enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and delivery.You will support organisations in shaping estate and capital strategies, developing robust business cases, strengthening governance frameworks and translating strategic intent into structured, deliverable programmes. Working closely with advisory leadership, you will help clients navigate complex decisions, providing clear thinking, structured analysis and practical recommendations that lead to confident, sustainable investment and change.You will be contributing to a broad mix of advisory and programme work.
