Our recently refurbished flagship store in Nechells highlights our commitment to growth and investment in people. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our teams across multiple departments.
Role Overview
* Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
* Schedule: 5 days out of 7 (including weekends), with flexibility required
This is a hands-on role supporting daily store operations across both the warehouse and shop floor. Responsibilities include supervisory duties, stock management, and working collaboratively with other departments to deliver smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Leadership
* Provide a welcoming and professional service
* Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
* Support teamwork and uphold service standards
Stock & Product Management
* Ensure pricing and signage are accurate
* Monitor stock levels and rotate products for freshness
* Assist with stock checks and maintain organised storage areas
Team Development
* Assist with onboarding and training new team members
* Share product and process knowledge to support team growth
Operations & Safety
* Follow hygiene, food handling, and safety procedures
* Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas
* Provide support across departments when required
Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience
* Supervisory or team-leading experience (advantageous)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Team-oriented with the ability to motivate others
Personal Qualities
* Proactive, dependable, and positive in approach
* Clear communicator, calm under pressure
* Flexible with working schedules (including weekends)
* Seeking a stable, long-term role (12+ months preferred)
