We’re looking for dedicated, female Support Workers to join our team, working with a lovely client in her new home in Northallerton.

What’s on offer:
* 12-hour day shifts
* Full-time or part-time flexible to suit your lifestyle
* Shifts available Monday to Sunday build a rota that works for you
* £13.50 per hour, plus holiday pay
* Permanent, consistent role with a regular team
About the role:
You’ll be supporting our female client who has a spinal cord injury with:
* Personal care and hygiene
* Peg feeding, cough assist, and NIV
* Moving and handling
* Social companionship and emotional support
* Trips out in the community when the client feels up to it
You won’t be doing it alone while the client builds up her physical strength, an additional double-up agency team will assist 3 times a day at key times to provide extra support.
Full clinical training will be provided so you can feel confident in your role and focus on delivering exceptional, person-centred care.
What you'll need:
* A full, clean UK driving licence to drive the client’s mobility vehicle
* A kind, reliable nature with great communication skills
* Willingness to learn and a commitment to continuity of care
