Overview
Vertu Volkswagen Harrogate is offering a 9 month fixed-term contract for a Service Advisor. Salary: £30,000 basic pro rata plus company benefits.
The Service Advisor role is to act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction is outstanding. Responsibilities include setting customer expectations, maintaining contact throughout the service or repair, upselling additional products, and following up to ensure satisfaction with the work carried out.
Requirements: previous customer-facing service experience is essential. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are paramount, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting targets and deadlines. Previous experience in the role is beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities
* Act as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
* Set customer expectations and keep in touch throughout the service or repair of their vehicle.
* Upsell additional products and follow up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
Qualifications
* Previous customer-facing service experience (essential).
* Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets and deadlines.
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential.
