Job responsibilities
* We are looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a current UK PIN number and a passion for delivering outstanding care.
* You will be working 42 hours a week at Cygnet Nield House, across a mixed shift pattern.
* Cygnet Nield House is a 29-bed mental health hospital for women, split into two wards offering specialist services:
Clarion Ward: a 14-bed complex personality disorder service for women with a dual diagnosis of personality disorder and co-morbid disordered eating.
Compton Ward: a 15-bed acute service for women experiencing an acute episode of mental illness requiring emergency admission.

Your day-to-day
* Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments & observations
* Work closely with management to develop, audit, and improve the service
* Attend training and engage in CPD to enhance your knowledge and promote nursing standards
* Ensure care plans are complete and maintained collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines
* Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and regulations

You
An experienced RMN with a current PIN number, you'll have:
Essential:
* The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits, and demonstrate integrity
* A good understanding of current nursing practices
* A commitment to patient recovery, monitoring, managing, and reducing risks
* Compassion, resilience, and dedication to empowering and supporting service user independence
Desirable:
* The ability to deputise as a clinical lead
* An interest in leadership, research, and assessment
