Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Admin Assistant:
Ordering parts as required, based on completed forms submitted by engineers
Managing and sorting incoming deliveries
Conducting inventory checks and maintaining stock accuracy
Attending client visits and preparing detailed quotationsThe ideal Warehouse Admin Assistant will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
A working knowledge of F-gas regulations (an advantage, but not essential)
A valid UK driving licence
