Pricing & Customer Analytics Manager – Retail – 3 Months - £560p/d (Inside of IR35)

Leading multi-store retailer is seeking a Pricing Analytics Manager to support key pricing, customer insight and commercial analytics initiatives across multiple territories.
This is a hands-on role focused on pricing optimisation, customer behaviour analytics and delivering actionable commercial insight in a complex, data-rich environment.
Key experience required:
* Experience in entertainment, hospitality or retail (strong B2C focus)
* Hands-on approach, comfortable working within ERP and pricing tools
* Strong SQL (essential)
* Power BI / Tableau (essential)
* Python (nice to have)
Key projects:
* Evaluation of B2B partner programmes and subscription schemes using customer cohorts, incrementality and profitability metrics
* Delivery of site reporting dashboards across all territories (Power BI, data pipelines and data modelling)
* Advising territories on optimal site pricing, integrating multiple data sources, customer sentiment and commercial judgement
* Supporting personalised offers, segmentation and PCA frameworks, including campaign and dashboard development
