We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a flexible role that can be carried out remotely, with the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support across PLL Group and its subsidiaries.
* Manage and maintain digital filing systems and records.
* Support diary management, meeting coordination, and communication across the team.
* Assist with preparation of reports, documents, and presentations.
* Process invoices, expense claims, and basic finance-related administration.
* Monitor group email inboxes, respond to enquiries, and forward correspondence appropriately.
* Support HR administration (e.g. onboarding documentation, training records).
* Liaise with external suppliers and service providers where required.
* Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to support the business.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Confident using Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and cloud-based platforms (Google Workspace).
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
* Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
