Head of Science | The Role: Lead and manage the Science Department, driving innovation and excellence in teaching and learning. Deliver inspiring and rigorous Science lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. Develop and enhance the Science curriculum, ensuring it remains engaging and academically rigorous. Support and mentor Science teachers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Head of Science | The Successful Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and extensive experience teaching and leading Science at secondary level.
