What You'll Be Doing
Managing multiple small to large scale projects end to end
Surveying sites, scoping works, and producing accurate quotations
Planning programmes, leading site meetings, and driving delivery
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to achieve consistent quality
Reviewing RAMS and championing health & safety excellence
Managing costs, variations, risks, and reporting to clients
Building strong, long‑term relationships with clients and supply partners
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a Project Management role within delivering small or extra works
Strong knowledge of construction health & safety legislation
Confident managing subcontractors, costs, and programmes
Commercially aware and detail‑focused
Professional, customer‑focused, and a clear communicator
Comfortable using MS Project
Qualifications
CSCS and SMSTS (or equivalent)
IOSH Managing Safely
Asbestos Awareness (UKATA)
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
