Foundry Ladle Operative Sheffield £13.00ph+ (dependent on experience) Days regular, Monday - Friday Permanent Opportunity Metalis Engineering Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Ladle Operative to join a specialist manufacturer in Sheffield. Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare, inspect, and maintain ladles, including refractory repairs and pre-heating Safely transfer and pour molten metal in line with production specifications Operate overhead cranes to manoeuvre ladles and associated equipment Monitor metal temperatures and remove slag/impurities as required Carry out pre-use equipment checks and maintain accurate documentation Adhere strictly to health, safety, and PPE requirements while meeting production target The Successful Candidate MUST: Have atleast 2 years experienced Operating, Maintaining and repairing their own ladles Have Overhead Crane experience Shifts & Salary: £13.08ph+ Days regular, Monday - Friday Monthly bonus scheme (qualification period) Quarterly profit share scheme (qualification period) Advancement and training given to the right individual Permanent Opportunity If this role sounds of interest, please apply now and one of our experienced consultants will be in touch...
