Responsibilities
* Own the full sales cycle, selling high‑value conference sponsorships to senior prospects.
* Build new business revenue: deliver professional sales pitches to new prospects to achieve ambitious targets.
* Develop pipeline: source, contact and set up meetings with potential sponsors in partnership with marketing and analytics teams.
* Establish client relationships: work closely with content and delivery teams to ensure best‑in‑class delivery.
* Leverage our expertise: collaborate with the content team to create compelling pitches that inspire prospects.
Qualifications
* Sales excellence: proven experience of consistently outperforming targets in a B2B sales role.
* Drive & passion: evident enthusiasm for sales and business development.
* Team spirit: curiosity about people and ability to build and nurture relationships.
* Communication: stellar verbal and written communication skills.

Start Date / Work Location
Flexible start date. Monday‑Friday working from our office next to Sloane Square Station. Remote work is not offered. A UK work permit is required.
