In 2022 Instabee was founded aftercombining Instabox and Budbee two leading lastmile deliverycompanies with three consumerfacing brands: Budbee Instabox andPorterbuddy. Instabee serves millions of consumers across Europewith convenient deliveries and is on track to become the leadingEuropean ecommerce enabler. Always with the customer atheart.
Were fast both in terms of parcel deliveryand when it comes to growing our business. So far our journey hastaken us from Sweden to the rest of Scandinavia and parts ofcontinental Europe but we have no plans to stop anytime soon. About the roleas Key Account Manager:
We are seeking anexperienced and highly motivated Key Account Manager to join ourteam in the heart of Copenhagen at Holmen. As a Key Account Manageryou will be responsible for managing and developing relationshipswith our most valuable merchants within Ecommerce ensuring theircontinued loyalty and satisfaction.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Manage aportfolio of key accounts and develop strategies to increaserevenue andprofitability
* Build andmaintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs aremet and their expectationsexceeded
* Identify newbusiness opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meetclients changingneeds
* Negotiate contractsand agreements with clients ensuring terms are favorable to bothparties
* Analyze sales dataand market trends to identify opportunities for growth andimprovement
* Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successfulproject delivery
* Provideregular reports on account performance and communicate effectivelywith seniormanagement
Whoyou are
In order to be successful in thisrole you will have worked in a similar position before joining usmanaging complex SAAS solutions preferably in the ecommerce orlastmile space. You have a strategic tactical and consultativemindset and you come up with creative solutions to challenges.Moreover you know how to get things moving in order to produceresults. If you have a wellestablished network within the Swedishecom space thats great but more importantly you have the capacityto challenge your partners and merchant in a way that brings actualvalue to all involved stakeholders and a track record to prove it.As you can see were looking for someone outstanding; when we reviewyour profile we would like to see evidence of thefollowing:
* Bachelors degreein business administration marketing or a relatedfield
* Fluent in Danish andEnglish
* Minimum of 5 yearsexperience in key account management orsales
* Proven track record ofachieving targets and growing keyaccounts
* Excellentcommunication and negotiationskills
* Strong analytical andproblemsolvingskills
* Ability to workindependently and as part of ateam
* Knowledge of CRMsoftware and sales reportingtools
