Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher to work in a welcoming and supportive primary school in Doncaster. This is an immediate start opportunity, ideal for both experienced teachers and confident ECTs looking to secure their next role.
The Role
* Full class teacher responsibilities within a Year 2 classroom
* Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
* Assessing and tracking pupil progress
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Working collaboratively with support staff and SLT
This role may lead to a longer-term or permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Has experience teaching within KS1 (Year 2 experience desirable)
* Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
* Is committed, reliable and passionate about raising attainment
* Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
