Job Title: Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Hybrid Working/Oldbury and Wolverhampton
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + benefits
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours per week) Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30

Role Summary
You will travel weekly to Oldbury and Wolverhampton to meet client face‑to‑face demands and cover other locations ad hoc. You will deliver a full Occupational Health remit, including health surveillance, pre‑employment questionnaires, management referrals, fitness for work screening and safety assessment. You will advise employees on physical and mental health problems while maintaining the highest standards of occupational healthcare. Expect to complete 360 clinical minutes per day (8 × 45 minutes) in case management.
Responsibilities
* Travel to client sites on a weekly basis to provide face‑to‑face assessments.
* Conduct health surveillance, pre‑employment questionnaires, and fitness for work screenings.
* Manage management referrals and safety critical assessments.
* Advise employees on physical and mental health issues.
* Maintain high standards of occupational healthcare and record clinical minutes accurately.
* Participate in additional training and qualifications to progress in your career.
Qualifications
* Registered General Nurse with experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
* Current NMC registration.
* Case management experience in occupational health.
* Occupational Health Nursing qualification desirable.
* Ability to travel to client sites on a weekly basis.
