About The Role:
Join our Technical Services mobile team on a major retail contract, with opportunities to support other commercial and residential contracts within our expanding division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform PPM, proactive, and reactive works issued via helpdesk within set timeframes to meet customer expectations.
* Manage contractor duties, including monitoring workmanship to ensure standards are met.
* Ensure equipment and surrounding areas conform to company standards.
* Evaluate performance and ensure proper servicing and maintenance of contracted equipment.
* Work safely at all times, complying with current health & safety legislation.
* Contribute to overall efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability of the contract.
* Support the implementation of an integrated approach to service delivery, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Provide callout responses as per the rota, approximately once every four weeks.
Essential Hiring Criteria:
* Right to work in the UK
* Valid driving license
* Relevant certifications and qualifications, including NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing/Mechanical Services
* Experience in facilities management is beneficial
* CSCS Skills card or equivalent
* First Aid certification
* Ability to use electronic handheld devices
* Basic IT skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office
