Opportunity
We are looking for several Financial Planning Administrators (known internally as Client Executives) to join our team and manage specialised administration support/services and maintain excellent client relationships. Integral to the delivery of outstanding client experiences at Progeny, you will work alongside our knowledgeable Paraplanners and Financial Planners to assist on cases for a wide range of clients. You will be empowered to take on new tasks, develop specialist knowledge and establish yourself as a 'go-to' person in your team.
We are seeking someone who has gained some experience working in financial services (2+ years) and is motivated by delivering high‑quality work. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously when needed, as well as working collaboratively, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge with others.

What you will do
* Client service: act as a point of contact for clients, resolve queries, prepare for meetings, and maintain positive relationships.
* Managing documentation: ensure thorough preparation, review and management of client documentation and maintain comprehensive files and reports.
* Client account management: complete additional client requests within set timeframes, including post‑meeting actions.
* Completing transactions: perform trading independently, such as switches, withdrawals and contributions.
* Process management: undertake all processes required within the Client Executive centre of excellence and manage all tasks.
* Liaise with providers: deal professionally with third‑party providers regarding transactions and submissions.
* Data and system management: use platforms and systems to complete duties, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all client records and keep CRM updated.
About you
* Financial services experience – at least 2 years and a good understanding of financial products and FCA principles.
* Client‑focused – experienced in a client‑facing role with a genuine interest in their needs and a proactive support style.
* Confident platform and tech user – fully proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledgeable about provider platforms and able to produce and analyse reports.
* Methodical and organised – motivated to deliver high‑quality work with great attention to detail and ability to manage priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills – supportive, collaborative, and able to build strong relationships. Will contribute, coach others, and embrace the role as a ‘go-to’ person.
* Self‑driven and autonomous – comfortable working independently, willing to take on new tasks and develop technical expertise.
* Numerate – good aptitude for numbers and enjoy applying them to real‑world scenarios.
No qualification in financial services/planning? No problem! While working toward or holding a qualification is advantageous, we would still like to hear from you if you have developed great knowledge and skills in our sector and are eager to learn or begin qualifications.
